Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. You will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update customer and product information into our database

- Review and verify the accuracy of data entered

- Communicate with sales and production teams to obtain missing or incomplete data

- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

- Monitor and report any data discrepancies or errors

- Keep track of all data entry deadlines and ensure timely completion

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Automotive industry experience is a plus
