Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and present findings to key stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and monitor key performance indicators.

- Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

- Identify and evaluate business risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes and systems.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets.

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, data-driven insights to support business decisions.

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
