We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients have a positive and seamless experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients regarding our services, properties, and company policies
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, property viewings, and other requests
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Meet or exceed monthly customer satisfaction and retention goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The schedule may include weekends and evenings based on business needs.
