Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to our company, working remotely from your home office. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize company's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings

- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct online research and gather information as needed

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

- Assist with creating and maintaining databases

- Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations

- Assist with managing social media accounts and website updates

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Knowledge of social media platforms and website management is a plus

- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation will be based on experience.
