Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Unit Public Affairs Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the public affairs activities for our company's units, including maintaining relationships with the local community, coordinating events, and promoting our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to promote the company's units and brand image in the local community

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government officials, community leaders, and media outlets

Coordinate and organize events, such as open houses, community outreach programs, and charity events

Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other promotional materials to increase public awareness of our company and its units

Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the company's units and make recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective communication strategies and campaigns

Respond to inquiries and complaints from the public in a timely and professional manner

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments that may impact the company's units and public image

Represent the company at public events and meetings, and act as a spokesperson when necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in public affairs, community relations, or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Knowledge of local government processes and community engagement strategies is a plus
