Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize emails, documents, and other correspondence

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- High level of professionalism and discretion

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
