Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely and provide administrative and clerical support to our team members. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, documents, and other digital files
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with social media management and online marketing tasks
- Help with data entry and database management
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with online tools and platforms, such as project management software and social media management tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
