Contract Details:

This is a full-time, remote position with SIKKY MANUFACTURING. As a virtual assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a valuable member of our team. The contract will be for an initial period of 6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and schedules for the company's executives

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments

- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and tasks

- Create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations

- Assist with social media management and content creation

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and invoicing

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks

- Other duties as assigned by the company's executives

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or a related field is a plus

- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
