DATA ANALYST

Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments within the company to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources, including sales, customer feedback, and market trends

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility

- Identify patterns and trends in data and provide actionable insights to the management team

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Identify and troubleshoot data issues and work with IT to resolve them

- Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience working with large datasets and extracting insights from complex data

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of automotive industry and aftermarket parts is a plus
