DATA ANALYST

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions and improve overall company performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources, including internal databases and external websites

- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management

- Identify trends and patterns in data to help identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to drive business decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions to meet business objectives

- Conduct data quality checks and ensure accuracy and completeness of data

- Create and maintain documentation for data processes and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Experience with data modeling and data mining techniques

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
