Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on real estate. The Business Analyst will work closely with our management team to identify, analyze and implement solutions to improve our business processes and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and has a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and requirements

- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis

- Monitor and track project progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders

- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle

- Develop and deliver presentations to management and other stakeholders

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and real estate

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in project management

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

- Knowledge of real estate market trends and practices

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
