Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to schedule appointments for our sales team

- Understand and effectively communicate our company's services and value proposition to potential clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and appointments

- Follow up with leads to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments

- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and improve lead conversion rates

- Provide excellent customer service to potential clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have

- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify potential leads and improve appointment setting strategies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus

- Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Proficient in using various communication channels, such as phone, email, and social media

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Familiarity with real estate industry and terminology is a plus

- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software and tools, such as CRM systems and scheduling software
