Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to gather and analyze data, create reports, and make recommendations based on your findings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for using data to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to help drive business decisions

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to key stakeholders

- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights

- Develop and maintain data models and databases

- Identify areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner

- Experience with data modeling and database management

- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Passion for using data to drive business decisions
