Job Overview:

As a Project Manager at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our real estate projects. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with our team of professionals, including architects, contractors, and designers, to ensure the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project objectives are met

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans

- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients

- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented

- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project

- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations

- Mentor and supervise project team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry

- Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

- PMP certification is a plus
