Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's database. Your main duties will include inputting client information, property details, and financial data. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update client information, property details, and financial data into our company's database

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry

- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in data entry or related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of real estate terminology is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our office is located in Jonesboro, and the Data Entry Clerk will be required to work on-site.
