Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will play a crucial role in analyzing our business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive growth and efficiency. You will work closely with our management team to gather and analyze data, create reports, and make recommendations for business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop reports to track key performance indicators

- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and diagrams to document current and future processes

- Work with management to identify business needs and requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for IT projects

- Participate in project planning and implementation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our business processes and operations

- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
