Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, and will work closely with other team members to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information to customers about our services, properties, and policies

- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services

- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management

- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers

- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve customer service skills

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
