Position Overview:

As an IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by ensuring the smooth operation of our information technology systems. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions to enhance our business processes and improve efficiency. You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to identify areas for improvement and provide technical support to resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement

- Design and implement IT solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

- Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs

- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes

- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation

- Train and support end-users on new systems and technologies

- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT systems and data security

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT analysis or a similar role

- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems

- Experience with system design and implementation

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations

- Experience with real estate systems and processes is a plus
