Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining and updating records, and ensuring the integrity of our data. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently

- Maintain and update records as needed

- Verify and correct data discrepancies

- Ensure the integrity of our data by conducting regular audits

- Respond to data inquiries and requests in a timely manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and data security

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
