Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology systems and ensuring their smooth operation. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and clients, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and implementing new technologies to improve our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's information technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks.

- Provide technical support to employees and clients, troubleshooting any IT-related issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.

- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues or vulnerabilities.

- Implement and maintain data backup and recovery processes.

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve business operations.

- Train employees on how to use new technologies and software.

- Manage and maintain the company's website and social media accounts.

- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Familiarity with data backup and recovery processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of website management and social media platforms.

- Experience with project management and implementing new technologies is a plus.
