Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that requires excellent communication and time management skills. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of our real estate agents, clients, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage schedules for real estate agents, clients, and team members

- Coordinate property showings and open houses

- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide updates on scheduling changes

- Assist with organizing and managing team meetings and events

- Maintain accurate records of appointments and schedules

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize conflicts

- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls related to scheduling inquiries

- Identify and resolve any scheduling issues or conflicts in a timely manner

- Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to scheduling and make necessary adjustments as needed

- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- 2+ years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
