Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing large amounts of data. Key Responsibilities:

- Input and manage large amounts of data into our systems and databases

- Verify and correct any errors in data entry

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files

- Communicate with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed

- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Adhere to data confidentiality and security policies

- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in a related field is a plus

- Proven experience in data entry and management

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of data confidentiality and security protocols

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
