Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns

- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Assist customers with their real estate needs, including but not limited to property inquiries, scheduling property showings, and processing rental and sales applications

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions

- Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional after-sales support

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing customer information

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
