As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance to clients regarding their real estate needs. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads

- Provide accurate information about our services and properties to clients

- Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients with our agents

- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and courteous manner

- Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in real estate regulations and policies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or related field preferred

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an asset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
