As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems and databases. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into our systems and databases accurately and efficiently
- Verify data accuracy and make necessary corrections
- Maintain and update electronic and paper records as needed
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Review and organize data reports and spreadsheets
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
- Keep track of all received data and documents
- Follow data integrity and security policies to ensure confidentiality of information
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data programs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus
