As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for handling all inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our services and products to customers

- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues or complaints

- Maintain and update customer records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Identify and escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
