Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team at SIKKY MANUFACTURING. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments within the company to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources, including sales, production, and customer data

- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency and accuracy

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business operations and decision-making processes

- Create visualizations and reports to present data in a clear and concise manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues and provide data-driven solutions

- Develop and maintain data quality standards and ensure data integrity

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and recommend new tools and techniques to improve data analysis processes

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and success

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
