Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our company and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize company emails, documents, and other digital files

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the team

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports

- Assist with social media management and marketing efforts

- Conduct research and gather information as needed

- Make travel arrangements and accommodations for team members

- Help with the organization and planning of company events

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus
