CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Call Center Representative

- Provide information about our company, services, and properties to potential clients and customers

- Schedule appointments and property viewings for our agents

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and customers

- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and effective manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals and targets

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

- Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required
