DATA ENTRY CLERK

Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data into our database. You will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update customer information, sales orders, and production orders into the database

- Review data for accuracy and completeness

- Communicate with sales and production teams to resolve any discrepancies

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
