Jollibee Worldwide Services (“JWS”).

Jollibee Worldwide Services (“JWS”) is the shared services arm of Jollibee Group of Companies and was
established as a branch of Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines. JWS was formed in 2005 and
became fully operational by February 1, 2007. initially supporting four (4) businesses, JWS was able to
expand its reach to thirteen (13) other businesses within the group.
As the Jollibee Group of Companies continuously grow and mark its footprint in the global market, JWS
also constantly strives to create highly reliable, efficient and scalable businesses services solutions which
are better than our completion, enabling our business partners to achieve global market leadership.

Applicant Tracking System

The Applicant Tracking System of Manatal is a software application that offers an automated hiring process
from application submission, interview scheduling and onboarding. It will support your application by
automating the screening and scheduling activities. The platform leverages technology to source and
screen thousands of candidates via automated screening. Candidates are invited to answer questions in
text, audio or video to determine their suitability for a position. All your answers are recorded, transcribed,
analyzed and made immediately available for the review of your assigned recruiter. This platform allows
you to check your application real-time and engage with your recruiters for a seamless and faster
application processing.

Scope of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to the use of our Applicant Tracking System. Terms also apply
to the contents, graphics, text, and multimedia materials used by the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By using our Applicant Tracking System, you agree and understand that third parties (e.g. Identified
Platform Owner), will have visibility on the data you provide. Accordingly, you agree that the data you
provide will be processed and be subject to the Privacy Policy of these third parties.
Please ensure to review these Terms and Conditions (and our Privacy Policy) before using our Applicant
Tracking System. By using or registering to the platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governed by Philippine Law.
The Data Processing / Outsourcing Agreement attached to this as Annex shall form part of this agreement
and shall be binding whether signed or not.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

The Applicant Tracking System and all its contents are protected by copyright and controlled by JWS.
You acknowledge that JWS, owns all legal rights and shall include without limitation, and in whatever
medium, all intellectual property and intellectual property rights pertaining to its business of including all
patents, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, internet domain names, rights in designs, labels,
slogans and database rights.
You may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create
derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Contents, and/or any other information, software, products or
services obtained from this platform without JWS prior written permission.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your conduct, content and communications while using the services. You are
restricted from using the platform in the following manner:

 (a) You may not use patents, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, internet domain names,
rights in designs, labels, and slogans of Jollibee Foods Corporation (‘’JFC’’) or any of its
subsidiaries or affiliates in other website or any other work.
(b) You may not use the platform to commit unlawful activities including but not limited to, harmful,
threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of
another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise of an offensive or adult nature.
(c) You may not transmit any viruses, malware or other types of malicious software, or links to such
software through this platform

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party nor any of their respective affiliates,
directors, officers, employees, or agents shall be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, exemplary,
punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, including loss of anticipated profits/ income,
based on any breach or other act or omission arising out of, relating to, or occurring connection with the
use of our Authorized Third-Party System. Any monetary liability resulting there of shall be further reviewed
upon identification of the type and extent of infringement applicable.
JWS shall have all legal rights to recover damages or other compensation under these terms or as allowed
by law.

Disclaimer

The use of the Applicant Tracking System is limited to how it is defined in the privacy policy. Registering
or subscribing to this platform does not guarantee employment, hence JWS shall not be held liable for any
loss or damage arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the use of the Applicant Tracking System.
The relationship between JWS and the Candidate is non-exclusive. Nothing in this agreement shall in any
way restrict nor prohibit the candidate from considering other job applications.

Updating the Terms & Condition

Whenever necessary we, may, from time to time, update and/ or review this Terms & Conditions. We shall
inform you of such updates or revision by placing the date of the latest version on of this page or by providing
a link to the updates/ revised conditions to your email address.

Termination of Subscription/ Registration

You may request to terminate your registration by writing to the official email address (to be defined) of
JWS Recruitment Team The termination of your subscription/registration will result in the deletion of all
information/data you provided to JWS through the Applicant Tracking System.
Applicants have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored. Applicants
may consult JWS Recruitment Team about the contents, to verify the accuracy, or to request for their
information to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected. Requests should be sent to through the
