PRIVACY POLICY on the use of the APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Jollibee Worldwide Services (‘’JWS’’) is the Personal Information Controller, as defined under Republic Act

No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, responsible for ensuring the privacy of the personal information

you provide using our Applicant Tracking System as such Personal Information Controller, we shall

process your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its implementing rules

and regulations, and this Privacy Policy.

A. WHAT WE COLLECT

The following personal information will be collected to process your employment application.

1. Curriculum Vitae/ Resume

2. Full Name

3. Current Location (City)

4. Email Address

5. Mobile Number

6. Educational Background

7. Employment History

B. HOW WE COLLECT

Your personal information will be collected only upon your agreement with the data privacy policy. By

giving us this information, you understand and agree that we shall use this in accordance with this

We will process the information we have collected with your consent for the following purposes:

• To process your employment application

• To determine if your qualifications and employment background match the business requirements.

• To send important communications and notices regarding your application

D. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Your personal information shall only be shared to the Authorized Third-Party Service Provider (the

“provider”) as part of the recruitment process and on an as-needed basis only. The provider is required

to protect your personal information and conform to the agreed Data Privacy Outsourcing Agreement

and Non-Disclosure Agreement between the Authorized Third Parties and JWS.

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties other than those stated

above, unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

E. SECURITY STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

We are committed to ensuring that the information we collect, and store is secure. To prevent

unauthorized access, processing, or disclosure of your personal information, we have put in place

suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal

information we collected.

We store and process your personal information in the secured database of our Authorized Third-Party

Service Provider . Your personal information is retained for a maximum period of three (3) years only.

Upon termination of the retention agreement, data purging shall be instigated unless there is a request

form the personal information owner to retain the data for future reference.

Should you wish for you data to be permanently deleted for any reason within the retention period, you

may do so by cancelling your registration to our Applicant Tracking System. We shall dispose of your

personal information in accordance with the relevant privacy rules and our agreed guidelines with our

authorized agent.

F. CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The information you provide through our Applicant Tracking System will be considered as accurate and

complete. Since the information was collected using your personal account, it is assumed that the

account owner and the applicant is one and the same.

Should there be a need to amend, update or change any information you have previously submitted,

you can do so by writing to us though the JWS official email address <state here>

G. UPDATING THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Whenever necessary, we may, from time to time, update and/or revise this Privacy Policy. We shall

inform you of such update or revision by placing the date of the latest version on top of this Privacy

Policy or by providing you a link to the updated/ revised Privacy Policy to your email address.
