Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager (Regional Manager) “Saudi National”  To be responsible for overseeing the projects to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance schedule and high response during Emergency or Critical maintenance activity for troubleshooting and fault clearance.
• Coordinate with Manufacture/Vendors assigned Engineer for Technical Support, Troubleshooting Process, Trouble analyze, solutions and clearness, Recommended Routine Maintenance Procedures, Spare Parts plan & Test Equipment.
• Synchronization Signal Review to be fixed.
• Integrate the Telecom Node with NMS Local/Regional/National TNCC.
• Shall have Plans, schedules and coordinate the preparation of highly complex designs, related data and other documentation to meet the objectives of a complex Telecom system and computer network engineering projects.
• Shall Formulates and evaluates basis for a highly complex Telecom system and computer network engineering studies.
• Shall initiate or conducts special studies or complex engineering problems in planning, design, project management, Operations and Maintenance of Telecom System contained Major, Minor and Miscellaneous Equipment and computer network covering Telecom system, and other associated equipment.
• Shall Implement detailed work outline and makes decision as to basic approaches, processes and equipment.
• Shall Compiles all elements of a highly complex telecom system and computer network project together, and ensure that all phases precede satisfactorily as scheduled and within available resources.
• Shall recommend new installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standardization within broad fields of telecom Systems and Telecom network engineering. Estimates costs, prepares justifications and completes expenditure request.
• Shall implement and controls the quality control/assurance program within area of responsibility, including procedures, inspection, testing acceptance activities.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Saudis only
• Total years of Experience: 10-15
• Out of work for more than 3 months.
• Academic Background: In Communication Engineering or Computer science.
