Collaboration Consultant

We are looking for a (Collaboration consultant) (Saudi National) to be a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo, and rapidly responding to escalated issues. With a seasoned mix of broad networking knowledge and specific area expertise.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Applies good analytic processes to bring any issue to resolution.
• Ability to synthesize complexities into clear communication and action plans.
•  Provides technical support for customers during software deployments and proof of concepts, working closely with account teams and Cisco engineering.
•  Delivers migration plan for software upgrades.
• Has a thorough understanding on networked applications and related dependencies.
• Hands on network management, network availability & capacity planning.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree of computer Science or related field is a must.
• Must be Saudi National.
• Junior or out of work for more than three months.
• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Must have IT Experience.
• Minimum one year of Experience in network Consulting or operations support environment.
• Experience in collaboration troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
• Large-scale network operation skills.
• Knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning.
•         knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection, IM & Presence
•          knowledge of Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CMM Module
•          Excellent Knowledge of Cisco WebEx
•          Good knowledge of Cisco Contact Center Express
•         Good knowledge of Cisco Contact Center Enterprise.
