About the job Account Manger
We are looking for an Account manager ‘Saudi national’ Responsible for building and maintaining successful long-term client partnerships, adopting diverse strategies and innovative account management approach to shaping powerful opportunities, introduce, innovative, solutions and add value to our clients.
Also, deliver a positive customer experience, persistently explore and uncover our clients’ business needs and understand how our range of product offerings can benefit their business.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with accounts to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organization.
- Acting as the main interface between the client and the organization to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seeking the opportunity to participate in the client’s strategic business planning processes.
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations where applicable.
- Coordinating the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, and contracts.
- Preparing account and opportunity plans.
- Identifying and gaining new business through cold calling, mailing, and referrals.
- Coordinating with Technical Support staff regarding technical issues to ensure client retention and continued business.
- Reporting pipeline activities, leads and opportunities’ status and maintaining assigned clients’ information.
- Archiving offers, proposals, and relevant documents on CRM.
- Building relationships with partners/vendors and identifying areas of mutual interest as a means of maintaining a business relationship.
Qualifications:
- Experience 5 to 7 Years and out of work for more than 3 months.
- Must be Saudi National.
- Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activity.
- Demonstrating Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
- interest in developing customer partnerships.
