IT Operations Specialist

We are looking for (IT Operations Specialist) (Saudi National) to be responsible for bringing innovation and efficiencies to the IT department that is accountable for business and technical services.

Responsibilities:

• Drive operational efficiencies by adopting innovation and automation, including the owning the underpinnings technologies.
• Manage the innovation and technical pipeline and escalated problems, working to prioritize solutions from the technical backlog.
• Take ownership and manage the problem management process, conduct reviews to minimize major incidents. Hold periodical reviews of active problems, event logs and known error database.
• Hold brainstorming sessions to identify trends and carry out proactive problem management creating items for the technical pipeline.
• Work within a team to deliver services into production, including upgrading and decommissioning.

Qualifications:

• Must have bachelor degree of computer science or related field.
• Must be Saudi National.
• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Junior or out of work for more than three months.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Males are preferred.
