We are looking for an Information Systems Analyst “Saudi National”  To be responsible for analyzing how well software, hardware, and the wider IT system fit the business needs of their employer or of a client. They write requirements for new systems and may also help implement them and monitor their effectiveness.

Responsibilities :

• examining current systems
• talking to users (requirements gathering)
• producing specifications for new or modified systems
• liaising with other IT staff such as programmers to produce new systems
• implementing new systems
• They are also responsible for user training and feedback. Travel is a key feature of the job as the majority of work is undertaken at clients' premises.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
• Out of work for more than 3 months.
• Must have an IT background.
• Must be Saudi National.
• 2+ years of experience
• Based in Riyadh or ready to relocate.
