We are Looking for IT Support 'Saudi national' The role requires the individual to have the willingness to aid in supporting all aspects of the IT service through to desk rollouts and implementation.
 Responsibilities
 • Support users for IT issues, requests, and information.
 • Troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software Incidents/problems.
 • Provide exceptional service support to the business and manage user requests timely.
 • Create, manage, and maintain master desktop images to standardize desktop setup.
 • Create automation to reduce manual IT admin for desktop management and maintenance. • Manage and support new user setup timely.
 • Perform root-cause analysis for repeated issues and find permanent fixes.
 • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
 • Liaise with IT suppliers to repair IT hardware or software faults.
 • Contribute to IT policies, processes, and procedures. 
• Support IT initiatives and projects.

Qualifications
 • Minimum 3+ experience in an IT support role previously, Fresh Graduates or out of work 3 Months
 • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
 • IT Certification e.g., Office 365, MCSD (advantage). 
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
 • Must be Saudi National 
 • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel, if requested to remote Maximus Offices. Technical Skillset 
• Expert on Desktop, Laptops, and Smart Phones.
 • Working knowledge of Microsoft AD, Group Policies, DNS.
 • Expert with Windows 10 and good working knowledge of iOS and Android.
 • Microsoft desktop applications and Cloud Office 365 suite and admin setup controls.
 • Desktop Encryption, standard desktop applications e.g., Adobe Reader.
. • Familiar with office peripherals e.g., Multi-Function Devices.
 • Scriptwriting for automation and deployments (desired).
 • Use of remote support services and tools e.g., Quick Assist.
