About the job Senior Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a High Performing Senior Account Manager for all customer account management matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling IT Services and Solutions and mainly cloud from Medium to Enterprise customers.
  • Forecast and Track Key Account metrics.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / Quarterly and Yearly initiatives to the Sales
  • Manager.
  • Ensure and Maintain customer satisfaction primarily driven by value-add and business-related relationships.

Requirements:

  • Must be Saudi National
  • Must be out of work for at least 3 months
  • 7 – 10 years of Experience in Sales with proven Track Records, Technology solutions, and
  • Services. Transformations, Cloud, Migrations, Infrastructure
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of
  • an organization.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions and services to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining
  • sharp attention to detail.
  • Self-Driven, entrepreneurial, and can-do attitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation ability.
  • B.S in Computer Science
  • Cloud certifications from Google, AWS, Microsoft …. Is a plus.
