Senior Sales Account Manager
About the job Senior Sales Account Manager
We are looking for a High Performing Senior Account Manager for all customer account management matters.
Responsibilities:
- Selling IT Services and Solutions and mainly cloud from Medium to Enterprise customers.
- Forecast and Track Key Account metrics.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / Quarterly and Yearly initiatives to the Sales
- Manager.
- Ensure and Maintain customer satisfaction primarily driven by value-add and business-related relationships.
Requirements:
- Must be Saudi National
- Must be out of work for at least 3 months
- 7 – 10 years of Experience in Sales with proven Track Records, Technology solutions, and
- Services. Transformations, Cloud, Migrations, Infrastructure
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of
- an organization.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions and services to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining
- sharp attention to detail.
- Self-Driven, entrepreneurial, and can-do attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation ability.
- B.S in Computer Science
- Cloud certifications from Google, AWS, Microsoft …. Is a plus.
