Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist with prior experience who can manage front-desk responsibilities, assist with basic office upkeep, and handle light numerical tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception and kitchen area, including:

    • Tidying the kitchen

    • Emptying the dishwasher

    • Stocking office supplies and kitchen items

  • Handle light data entry and basic numerical tasks.

  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
