Job Description

A Financial Services client in Los ANgeles, California is looking for a Data Entry Professional to join the Operations team to assist on an ongoing project that involves back office data entry duties. Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Working through a que of work items to identify missing information and updating accounts appropriately
  • Analyzing and researching discrepancies in in the internal database
  • Navigating between dual monitor screens and multiple programs to resolve work items
  • Ability to keep up work through 60-70 items/day
  • Ability to problem-solve and be self-sufficient in a work from home environment
  • Interacting and collaborating with internal team members
