About the job Data Entry Analyst - Remote
This position is dedicated to ensuring accuracy of the foundation of each dental case. Currently, we have 60+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, Optimere is looking for a Data Entry Clerk. Previous experience is not necessary; we offer paid, hands-on training!
The regular hours for this position are from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Accurately enter information on incoming cases into computer system and generate work cards
- Code cases in preparation for data entry
- Make necessary changes to computer work cards to place cases on-hold, change dates, codes, etc.
- Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage
- Look up previous paperwork in files as needed for case information or reworks
- Utilize and operate case tracking software.
- Enter cases to be shipped via a shipping vendor into the appropriate system
- Scan paperwork
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Data entry and computer skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No experience required
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Repeated bending and kneeling
- Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds
