The ideal candidate for this position will have experience managing a fast-growing, high-functioning team. Experience working with ERP systems and managing a growing team of dedicated professionals.

Additionally, demonstrate a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency in the Multifamily and Commercial Energy Services team.

Accountabilities:

  • Managing Multifamily Operations team of 6 people.
  • Develop & lead process improvements that improve efficiency and increase quality measures.
  • Recruit, Hire & Develop team.
  • Analyze and improve organizational processes and workflow.
  • Capacity planning for growth goals hiring plans to meet budgets.
  • Budget creation and management.
  • Monthly P&L analysis and KPI scorecard management.
  • Management through databases, report writing, Microsoft Excel, and Google applications.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant operations management.
  • Related industry experience.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and energy efficiency.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to manage one's own schedule and manage tasks independently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Budget creation and reporting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel specifically) and the ability to navigate web-based platforms.
  • Flexible, eager to learn, and willing to do whatever it takes to make each project and our team at Southern Energy Management successful.
