The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting data into the company’s systems. The Data Entry Clerk will be assisting customers by transferring the proper form into the correct database of the company.

Responsibilities Of The Data Entry Clerk

Transferring paper documents into a digital database

Communicate with customer to make sure customer information is up to date

Assisting/directing all customer complaints

Able to clearly transfer important information

Proficient with MS Office, specifically spreadsheets

Detail oriented
