Front Desk Administrator

Duties of this position include:

*Check-in deliveries

*Answering phones

*Sending examples to sales reps

*Assist in filling out web-based forms for paperwork submitted by sales reps for new sales reps, *General contractor types, and other paperwork that is not sensitive.

*UPS package shipping

*Microsoft Office package proficiency

*Receive, sort, open and disperse daily mail.

*Ordering supplies for any office

*Fill out paperwork for new vendors, etc.

*File paperwork for the accounting office *File paperwork for the accounting office

*Enter invoices from merchants into tasks in our project management which is an internal software.

Accounting experience is a plus.

Skills/Qualifications:

Office experience - general, scheduling, phone skills, telephone skills, typing, documentation skills, meeting planning, verbal communication, written communication, reliability, attention to detail, clerical writing skills.
