Civil LAND DEVELOPMENT Project Manager  

(6+ yrs exp: i.e. High Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks and QSR developments or similar

salary up to $130K or more depending on exp.

Location: Costa Mesa, CA 

 Full-Time - ONSITE

Requirements

6+ years of experience in civil Land development projects (like High Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks and QSR developments)

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• EIT or PE license preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines across multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
