Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality service to customers across international markets. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and processes

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach

  • Document interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures

  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and support systems

  • Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage, but not mandatory
