Role Overview
We are looking for a Cloud Services Specialist to support business customers using cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will work closely with B2B clients, helping them understand, adopt, and optimize cloud services while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in cloud services, IT solutions, or B2B customer-facing roles, who are eager to grow in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support B2B customers with cloud-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide guidance on cloud solutions, subscriptions, and service usage

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions

Resolve technical or account-related issues by following established procedures

Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure customer success

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

B2B Cloud Services experience is required

Background in cloud technologies, IT services, or digital solutions

Understanding of cloud concepts such as SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach
