What You Will Do

• Identify and qualify potential business leads in the Dutch-speaking market

• Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound prospects

• Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate product solutions

• Maintain accurate lead documentation in the CRM

• Support the pipeline building process for the sales team

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve strategy and lead-generation quality

• Participate in workshops and coaching sessions to strengthen your sales skills

Required Skills & Profile

• Fluent Dutch and strong English

• Confidence in communicating with business prospects

• Interest in sales, negotiation, and client engagement

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work on-site in Valencia

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

• Eligibility to work in the EU
