Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 (8-hour shifts)

About the Role

Are you passionate about travel and helping people plan unforgettable experiences? We are looking for a Croatian & English speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international travel booking support team in Athens.

In this role, you will support customers who are booking flights, accommodations, and travel-related services. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and professional experience across all interactions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general booking questions

  • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and travel-related procedures

  • Troubleshoot booking issues and offer effective solutions

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

  • Document all interactions clearly in internal systems

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary, following support procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or fluent Croatian and fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple systems

  • Availability to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday

  • Previous experience in customer support, travel, hospitality, or tourism is an advantage, but not mandatory
